Orlando Storm Guard installed the AstroGuard shutters in May 2018. We have been using them for few times when a hurricane/tropical storm passed by with excellent results. The installation process (product and installation staff) were excellent and we are very pleased to have the shutters and the company. Today, Adelix and his team came to give an excellent maintenance service checking that all screws and anchors are in good shape in case we need to use them again. When I wanted to get estimates for hurricane shutters prior to the start of hurricane season, I reached out to 3 different companies that service my area.  Orlando Storm Guard was the only one that responded quickly and came to my home for a full, true, estimate.  Dahianara and the team were great!  She was very patient and flexible with my questions about multiple types of shutters/panels and gave me several quotes.  We went with the AstroGuard hurricane fabric option, which I found very reasonably priced.  Once I took care of the 50% deposit, the panels were made to order for my windows.  Dahianara advised this would take about 3 weeks, and I was thrilled when they were ready a little early.  When the team came out to install my 11 panels, the whole process took 3-4 hours, which included showing me the (very easy) process to put up the panels and remove them.  I was pleasantly surprised that the house does not feel like a cave with all panels up, as plenty of light can still get through.  All panels were removed before they left, and the area was cleared of all the debris from drilling.  When the panels are down and the small plugs put in place, it's hard to tell that anything has been installed.
